Celebrating 29 Years!
For nearly 30 years, poets, musicians and story tellers have come from all over the country to share their talents and to celebrate the time honored traditions of our childhood's hero's - The American Cowboy! They tell stories of the days of yester-year and of time when cowboys were kings! You can almost hear the spurs jingling and the old camp cook calling in the riders to a hot meal of the finest beef, biscuits, beans and boiled coffee. Not only do we hear of historic days of old, but they also tell of the contemporary western way of life we still live today.
Come to Valentine, settled in the historic Sandhills of Nebraska to mingle shoulder to shoulder with modern day cowboys, ranchers and craftsmen. Be entertained, as well as, become acquainted with the people who live here and still uphold the western heritage and cowboy way of life.
We have condensed the 2020 Old West Days to just one performance on Saturday night to be held at the Valentine High School or a backup location. Unfortunately, many things will not happen this year but please keep
